Remedy for Oily Skin
|Flaxseed oil, use one to three teaspoons a day. A fatty acid that is good for your skin.
Cut down on saturated fats. Red meats and dairy products arethe biggest culprits.
Use lecithin as a food supplement. Follow instructions on the bottle. It breaks down saturated fats in your body.

Try using a gentle astringent version of tea. This would be yarrow, sage, or peppermint tea. Boil 1 cup of water. Add a tablespoon or two tablespoonsof the tea. Try astringent essential oils. Use this as a toner one to two times a week. Take five drops of rosemary, geranium, or juniper essential oil. Add to 1 tablespoon of astringent base oil suchas apricot kernel or hazelnut. Put three to four drops of this onto a clean cotton pad and gently dab excess oil offyour face. This should not clog your pores, add to oily skin, and will not make a shine on your face. A good home remedy for oily skin.
It is important to drink plenty of water so as to flush off the toxins and unwanted body wastes from the body. Also, eat dark, green and leafy vegetables and fresh fruits to keep the skin healthier.
